Admissions

Making the important decision to get treatment for a drug or alcohol use disorder can sometimes provoke feelings of anxiety.  Not knowing what to expect in rehab, worrying about the detox process, and just not being familiar with the treatment center can all contribute to these unsettled feelings.  Know that Quest 2 Recovery provides the highest level of quality care available, and emphasizes the client’s privacy and dignity in all aspects of the program.

1. Contact Us

If you suspect you are need of addiction treatment, do not hesitate to make this important call. You will be connected to our admissions counselor who will conduct an initial assessment and answer any questions you may have about the detox and residential program at Quest 2 Recovery. Our admissions staff will conduct the interview and assessment with compassion, understanding how difficult it is to take this first step. Call (888) 418-4154 to speak with a member of our intake team today.

2. Verify Insurance Benefits & Co-pays

One of the biggest barriers to treatment is the assumption that it is not financially feasible.  However, in recent years most insurance companies now include some level of coverage for addiction and recovery expenses. During the pre-admission assessment, your insurance and financial information will be collected to expedite the admission process. Our admissions counselors will verify your insurance benefits and go over any co-payments to ensure all financial concerns or questions are addressed.

3. Travel & Arrival

Many clients come to Quest 2 Recovery from out of the area. The logistical steps to get from Point A to Point B are easily worked out between our admissions staff and the client. To ensure that the admissions process runs as smoothly as possible, our admissions counselor will stay in contact with you to coordinate all travel and transportation arrangements so you will arrive safely.

Things to Bring

Beginning your recovery journey involves some advance planning to ensure a successful admission into treatment.  We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for all clients. Although we want our clients to have everything they need during their stay with us, we also ensure that we are not compromising anyone’s safety within our facility.  For this reason we provide a list of items that are allowed at Quest and those that are not allowed.  Understanding this in advance can help provide a smooth transition into treatment.

We Accept Most Insurance Companies

The Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008 coupled with the Affordable Care Act of 2012 had a significant impact on medical benefits now being available for treating addiction and dual diagnosis.  Working with most major health insurance companies allows us to provide the most comprehensive and up to date treatment options for our clients. Most private health insurance plans cover a proportion of the cost of treatment. If you are unsure about whether or not your insurance plan offers coverage for treatment costs, give us a call for a free insurance benefits review at:
